Really good breakfast and great location!

The breakfast included many choices and mimosas!!! The hotel location is convenient to necessities. I also found the staff to be friendly. We will stay again.
The car park description referred to blue and white signs, but the car park we chose was incorrect. This was a minor issue.

Excellent Central Stay
central location quality cheese spacious room helpful staff
the location is excellent near the old town. i found many restaurants and shops close by. the train station is within a short walking distance. i also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea machine in the reception area. our room was spacious and included a nice balcony with city views. the bed was comfortable i slept well. the breakfast offered a good selection with quality swiss cheese. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed the hotel design felt a little dated in some areas.

the reception offers complimentary coffee and tea . a local bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the hotel. the hotel provides a tower fan in each room for guest comfort.

the staff was friendly and helpful with luggage storage. upon arrival, they stored luggage before check-in and delivered the bags to the room. the breakfast service was efficient and provided great swiss products.

central location bus stop leaky toilet little lighting
I found that the location was REALLY central. It was close to major points of interest. a bus stop right in front of the hotel took me quickly to the central train station.
the room felt dated with opportunities for improvement, like a running and leaky toilet. THERE was no outlet by the bed and fairly little lighting.

Heartwarming Stay Near City Center
convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
The location was wonderful, not far from the train station, also convenient to downtown shopping. Breakfast was a treat, with a good variety of choices each morning. Staff was very helpful with directions. They even assisted me with luggage storage after checkout. I felt very cared for.
The electric fan did little to alleviate the summer heat, sleep became uncomfortable. I hope this will improve soon.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide assortment of fresh breads and pastries. I enjoyed the variety. There was also a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fruits. I found something new to try each day. The dining area remained clean and well-kept.

Acceptable Stay
The hotel's location is excellent. It is near attractions, transport and shopping. I would stay there in a future visit if available. The room was clean.
The room was very hot. There was no AC just a fan which did not work the greatest. The quality of amenities was very poor. The hotel could be cleaner, they gave me a towel with holes.

a decent city stay
spacious room central location good bread no air conditioning unemptied bin inadequate fan
i stayed in a triple room. it was quite spacious for our group. the hotel is located very centrally (it really helped for sightseeing). the breakfast was reasonable (especially the bread selection!).
there was no air conditioning in the room. a fan was supplied, but it wasn't really adequate. the bathroom bin wasn't emptied on arrival (i found used tissues there).
